Richard Hirschkoff, M.A., M.Ed. Graduated from the Phillips Graduate Institute with his M.A. degree as a Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist in l99l, completing a study of qualities and attitudes of LONG-TERM MARRIAGE, WITH COUPLES MARRIED 50+ YEARS. Prior to that, Mr. Hirschkoff was a teacher of adolescents in the Manhattan Beach School system for twenty years. Mr. Hirschkoff earned his B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles, as well as graduate degrees in the fields of education of disadvantaged children, and counseling and guidance of school personnel. He holds both Elementary and Secondary Lifetime California Teaching Credentials.

The office of Richard Hirschkoff is a place where personal growth occurs for individuals, couples, and families. There need not be a problem or crisis situation in order to benefit from the services of Mr. Hirschkoff. He will respect the confidentiality of each client. You can share and disclose innermost thoughts and feelings while beginning to explore your choices and options in life. His office provides a place where personal growth and the process of self-discovery make it possible to realize one's potential as a fulfilled "human being".

Richard Hirschkoff maintains his private practice in West Los Angeles, California, and specializes in helping individuals, couples, families, and groups to deal with a diverse range of life-challenging issues through Family Systems Therapy.

In addition to his private practice, Rich now supervises graduate students studying to become school counselors or marriage and family therapists at California State University at Northridge and training at the Community Counseling and Resource Institute on its campus. He is also on staff as a Clinical Supervisor with the Didi Hirsch Mental Health Center in Inglewood.
